Tech Index

The Tech Index is JobYap's selected list of technology companies, the ones whose hiring we track from the source. A name is added only when we start tracking its official careers site: after we have judged that the company belongs in a serious picture of tech hiring, and that we can follow its openings continuously, not through a job board.

We look for companies that build, run, or fund technology at a meaningful scale: software and AI, chips and infrastructure, markets, vehicles, and the tools around them. There is no application and no fee. Placement is not for sale, and the list is not a ranking. Order is the day we began tracking each company. New names join at the top.

“Tracked since” is the day JobYap first ingested a posting from that company. It is the inclusion date used to order the Tech Index, not the company’s founding date and not the day a given job was published.
