JobYap Tech Index

The JobYap Tech Index is a curated register of 941 technology companies whose hiring we track directly from their official careers sites. No standards body defines the tech sector, so the boundary is editorial, and we state it plainly: a company qualifies when technology is what it builds, runs, or funds at meaningful scale, and when its careers site can be followed continuously.

That standard admits software and AI, semiconductors and cloud infrastructure, fintech and electronic markets, electric and autonomous vehicles, and the developer tools beneath them, and it holds a forty-person startup to the same bar as a household name. There is no application, no fee, no paid placement, and no ranking: companies appear in the order we began tracking them.
