JobYap is a platform that aggregates publicly available job postings from various company career sites. For each job posting, the Service provides a discussion forum where registered users can post comments, share insights, and engage in conversation.

To participate in discussions, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct and Content
We believe in fostering open and free discussion. However, to maintain a constructive and safe environment, you agree not to post content that:
- Is Illegal: Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Is Harmful or Abusive: Includes threats, harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence against individuals or groups.
- Violates Privacy (Doxxing): Reveals someone’s personal, private, or confidential information without their explicit consent. This includes information about individuals both on and off the JobYap platform.
- Infringes on Intellectual Property: Contains proprietary company secrets, copyrighted material, or trade secrets that you do not have the right to disclose. Discussion about general company culture or interview processes is acceptable; posting internal documents or non-public strategic information is not.
- Is Spam or Malicious: Contains spam, phishing links, malware, or is otherwise intended to disrupt the Service or harm other users.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, or edit content that we believe violates these Terms.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on JobYap. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Job Postings: JobYap aggregates job postings for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job posting. The content of job postings is the sole responsibility of the company that created it.
- User Comments: The views expressed in user comments are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of JobYap. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any user-generated content.
- No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobYap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or our platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
