Job Description
As an Associate Content Specialist, you will support the production, validation, and publishing of legal and regulatory content across various workflows within the Cases organization. This entry-level role is ideal for highly trainable individuals who enjoy working with detailed information, learning new systems, and contributing to the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality content products. You will work closely with team members, trainers, and stakeholders while developing expertise in content operations, production processes, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Production/Editorial/Support: Has a general understanding of the legal system and some knowledge of an efficient production/support workflow process. Performs duties such as analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data. Supports team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.
- Product/Process Knowledge: Works regularly on various systems, software, databases, and applications to deliver quality products. Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product, including competence in scheduling and administrative systems as well as computer file management. All work will be checked until competent process knowledge is developed
- Interpersonal/Team Skills: Works successfully in a team environment and understands various roles of team members. Attends and participates in team
- meetings, prioritizes own work, and participates in the performance management process (e.g. peer reviews, self-evaluation).

- Contributes to seamless implementation of process migrations by taking on new tasks, e.g., analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and support operational requirements as business needs evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in content operations, publishing, data processing, business support, or administrative functions.
- Familiarity with XML, content management systems, databases, or digital publishing tools.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, academic, or research-related content is an advantage.
- Experience working with quality assurance, validation, or data verification processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and productivity tools simultaneously.
- Proven adaptability and willingness to learn new workflows and responsibilities.
