Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance Management

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for Commercial Segment financial performance.
  • Monitor revenue, gross profit, expense management, and profitability trends.
  • Develop and maintain financial scorecards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting packages.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to improve performance.

Forecasting and Planning

  • Own revenue, margin, and operating expense forecasting processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Category, and Services leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and long-range financial planning activities.
  • Analyze variances against management targets, forecast, and prior-year performance.

Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary finance advisor to Commercial leadership teams.
  • Provide financial evaluation of commercial programs, pricing initiatives, promotions, incentives, and investments.
  • Support business case development and investment decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Drive data-based decision making and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Support audit activities and implement remediation plans where required.
  • Oversee financial governance processes related to commercial investments.
  • Promote accountability and risk awareness across the organization.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Drive reporting automation, simplification, and standardization initiatives by utilizing AI capabilities.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate revenue drivers, profitability, mix, and customer performance.
  • Improve data quality and reporting consistency across geographies and functions.
  • Translate complex financial information into concise executive insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience supporting senior business leaders in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA preferred.
  • Technology industry experience.
  • Experience supporting large commercial sales organizations.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and commercial finance practices.
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting automation, and financial transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global organization across multiple regions.
