Key responsibilities in your new role
- Focus on the future: You help to shape the strategic direction of Infineon IT and gain insights into what the IT organization of the future will look like, e.g. on topics like digitalization, sustainability and innovation
- Convince with words: Visualize concepts and insights for communication towards different target groups like leadership or technical and functional experts
- Broaden your expertise: Collect and analyze quantitative data as well as qualitative information sources to gain insights for efficient steering of initiatives
- Organizational talent: You develop, prepare and support meetings and workshops and gain insights into different facilitation methods
- Lifelong learning: You develop your skills in using M365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot), Jira, Confluence and Miro
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Study Field: You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a similar field
- Experience: You have already gained relevant practical experience through previous internships, preferably in IT consulting, project management, or innovation management
- Personality: You are a highly motivated team player who enjoys exploring new concepts and technologies
- Work Style: You bring along a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Skills: You have strong Microsoft Office / M365 skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot; experience with Confluence, Jira, programming, or Google Gemini is a plus
- Language Skills: You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
