You'll make an impact by
- You support our Leadership Development & Learning Excellence team by conducting research on current leadership and learning topics, thereby contributing to the development of innovative concepts and training programs
- Building on this, you help design hybrid and virtual learning experiences, leveraging your knowledge of digital learning technologies and platforms
- Additionally, you assist in maintaining internal web pages, creating engaging video content, and automating workflows to enhance our communication and processes
- Finally, you help organize workshops and events, ensuring smooth operations and a valuable experience for all participants
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as psychology, learning psychology, people and leadership development, organizational development, or business administration
- Experience and Skills:
- You are confident in working with Microsoft Office applications
- You have knowledge of state-of-the-art learning technologies, learning platforms, and digital learning formats
- You are experienced in supporting research, concept development, and creating hybrid or virtual learning experiences
- Ways of Working: You impress with your organizational and communication skills, initiative, creativity, results orientation, and precise work
- Languages: You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
