You'll make an impact by
- You support the preparation, organization, and follow-up of management meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions, ensuring that all agendas and materials are ready and structured
- In close collaboration with various stakeholders, you coordinate inputs, track decisions and actions, and proactively remind owners of their commitments to keep processes running smoothly
- You help maintain and coordinate management calendars, appointments, and planning tools, identifying scheduling conflicts and proposing solutions to optimize routines
- By maintaining action trackers, dashboards, and management overviews, you support the leadership team in tracking activities, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
- You consolidate information from different teams, create clear presentations and communications, and help transform complex topics into structured, easy-to-understand content
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, IT, Digital Management, Project Management, Communication or a comparable field
- Experience and Skills:
- You are confident using Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner and Excel
- You have excellent communication and coordination skills and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- You have a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and can manage multiple topics and deadlines in parallel
- Ways of Working: You are highly organized, proactive, and bring structure to complex situations
- Languages: Very good English skills are required; German is a plus
