Working Student – Customer Services (Workflows, KPI’s and Analytics & Administration)

Join our Customer Services team, the people who make sure medical technology (CT, MR, USG and other systems) works exactly when it matters most. Your work will have a direct impact – the data, analyses and structure that help doctors do their job.
What you'll be doing 🚀
- Learning the insights of Customers KPI’s that matters.
- Preparing analyses and reports that we genuinely use in decision-making
- Running standardized checks of service workflows and reporting
- Reviewing customer contracts and SLA terms
- Documenting and keeping our data clean and organized
Who we're looking for 🔎
- You're studying technics, economics, management or engineering
- You're a bit of analytical thinker with an eye for detail and someone people can rely on
- You're proactive – you don't wait to be told every single step
- You've got reasonable Excel skills
