Description and Requirements
📋 Overall Description: The Senior Manager, Web Experience & Delivery bridges business strategy and execution within Lenovo’s Global Digital Marketing Transformation organization, balancing reliable day-to-day web content delivery with transformation of the practices, capabilities, and technology needed to improve speed, quality, scale, and customer outcomes. Reporting to the Content Center of Excellence Director, this role owns demand, portfolio governance, capacity, investment, stakeholder alignment, and production oversight across Business Groups, Geographies, Marketing, and delivery partners. The leader protects commitments while standardizing workflows, clarifying accountability, and enabling new ways of working.
🚀Key Responsibilities:
Business Demand, Delivery & Transformation Planning
- Lead intake, briefing, requirements, prioritization, capacity estimation, funding, production planning, launch, and optimization while balancing committed delivery, emerging demand, and transformation priorities.
- Partner with business and digital stakeholders to define objectives, audiences, priorities, ownership, dependencies, measures, and value; resolve conflicts, constraints, and delivery risks.
- Lead end-to-end web experience and content delivery, maintaining business continuity while improving standards for estimation, planning, readiness, execution, launch, and optimization.
- Maintain portfolio visibility across roadmaps, investment, capacity, dependencies, milestones, quality, and outcomes; drive consistent execution and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
- Build scalable production across internal teams and partners, with clear accountability for scope, timing, quality, budget, standards, and collaboration across UX, localization, program, platform, and business teams.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resources; improve efficiency through stronger briefs, standardized workflows, modular reuse, asset discipline, automation, and simplified approvals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, using leadership storytelling to translate complex business objectives, operational data, and transformation priorities into clear, persuasive narratives and transparent decisions on scope, timing, investment, quality, resources, and tradeoffs.
- Drive phased adoption of standardized practices and governance through clear communications, capability building, stakeholder feedback, and shared accountability.
- Define quality, governance, accessibility, and launch-readiness standards that meet requirements, business objectives, and customer experience expectations.
- Lead a practical improvement roadmap across the content lifecycle, sequencing changes to protect near-term delivery and deliver measurable operational gains.
- Track demand, throughput, on-time delivery, capacity, budget, quality, readiness, stakeholder satisfaction, and efficiency to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across web experience planning, content operations, production, analytics, delivery governance, and portfolio management, with clear accountability and growth pathways.
- Build an inclusive, customer-centered, performance-driven culture and the capabilities needed for scalable execution, innovation, strong partnership, and continuous improvement.
- Experience & Technology Knowledge: 8-12 years of experience in web content operations, digital experience delivery, content production, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success running complex enterprise web operations while leading governance, production, change adoption, and performance improvement in a matrixed environment.
- Experience applying Scrumban content production methods, including prioritized backlogs, planning cadences, and workflow management.
- Working knowledge of content, asset, workflow, analytics, automation, and marketing technology platforms; Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager experience is preferred.
- Proven people and change leadership with expertise in leadership storytelling, executive communication, talent development, influence, accountability, and organizational capability building.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
