Vendor Manager, EU Beauty, EU Consumables - Beauty
Amazon is looking for a talented, proactive and customer-obsessed professional to drive the development of the Beauty category across Europe, where the company is placing high focus.
The role can be based in Paris, London, Munich, Madrid or Milan, and will involve working in a very international environment with the equivalent teams in other countries.
The role will comprise building and managing European strategic relationships with vendors while driving effective negotiations, and jointly developing category growth on Amazon. Furthermore, you will help define the vision and business strategy for the Beauty category while driving cross-category projects to improve the consumer experience when purchasing Beauty products on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the vision and business strategy for the category, including North Star metrics and KPI’s
- Act as the ‘business owner’, managing category P&L
- Build & manage strategic relationships with vendors while driving effective negotiations
- Deliver selection growth and monitor product availability & pricing
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects
- Innovate & simplify processes for superior customer experience
- Conduct in-depth analysis to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Be an ambassador and develop a thorough understanding of the industry, macro trends and future trajectory
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Negotiation background
- Ability to cope with ambiguity
