As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla, your role is integral to delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include vehicle preparation for customer delivery and active collaboration with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our vehicle readiness processes. This entails comprehensive preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Representation: You will be responsible for a clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards 
• Customer Service: You will do checks and manage paint correction onsite if needed 
• Support: You will effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines 
• Team Spirit:  Collaborate closely with the delivery and service teams 

Requirements

• Driving license: You are in possession of a valid driver's license  
• Ideally, you have experience in vehicle coordination and vehicle preparation  
• Language skills: You are fluent in Slovak
• Technical background: You bring technical understanding

Expected Compensation

Minimum expected compensation: €11,200/annual salary plus equity and benefits.

Pay may vary depending on the assessment of job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
