Today, we are recruiting for a Training & Education Working Student to join our team in Egypt for. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Assist in organizing educational events e.g. Siemens Talk.
  • Support the coordination and execution of internship programs, including Fit4Rail, Fit-Hack, and Tech4Rail.
  • Review training documents and materials to ensure quality and alignment with training documentation standards.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating training courses’ database, administering training documentation, scheduling courses, and tracking user access or records.
  • Support documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks within the training and education team.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, training framework, and technical education programs.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work at least 3 days/week in the office.
