Key responsibilities in your new role
In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment and support the team with different training scopes.
- Training Administration & Learning Operations: Support the coordination, tracking, and management of training activities using our Learning Management System
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business and strategic objectives
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to local and global training requests
- Customer Service & Stakeholder Support: Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers located globally
- Event Management & Training Logistics: Support training registration and logistics organization, such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.
- Supplier Coordination: Ensure cooperation with external suppliers
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have a structured and self-driven working style and strong customer orientation, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. You demonstrate high-quality standards for your work and can establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
- Education: A degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field
- Tools: A good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to structure your own work within the team
- Training Management & Customer Service: Previous Contact with training organization, learning management, or customer service is a plus
- HR Systems & Software: Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus
