Key Responsibilities
As a Test Technician at Micron, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless performance of our manufacturing processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to our world-class standards and outstanding product quality.
Manufacturing & Quality Support
Monitor manufacturing indicators and product performance across production operations.
Review and investigate abnormal trends, deviations, and process exceptions.
Support timely resolution of manufacturing and quality-related issues.
Assist in implementing containment and corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and quality standards.
Data Analysis & Investigation
Collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing and test-related data.
Identify trends, abnormalities, and opportunities for process improvement.
Generate reports, charts, and summaries to support engineering evaluations.
Work with engineers to investigate issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Apply analytical tools and databases to support daily operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Communicate findings and updates to engineering, production, and quality teams.
Support shift pass-down activities to ensure seamless operation continuity.
Participate in discussions and problem-solving efforts involving manufacturing performance and product quality.
Collaborate with collaborators to drive issue resolution and process improvements.
Continuous Improvement
Support projects passionate about yield enhancement, efficiency improvement, and operational excellence.
Find opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.
Participate in site initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency and customer happiness.
Contribute ideas that improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of investigations, actions, and findings.
Follow company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation of work activities and technical observations.
Support audits and compliance requirements as needed.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with data, digital tools, and technology platforms.
Exposure to data analytics, automation tools, AI-assisted applications, or digital solutions is an advantage.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and leverage AI-enabled technologies to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
