We are looking for Test Automation Expert.

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Working with international consultants and business stakeholders to plan and deliver test automation activities.

• Designing and building reusable test automation frameworks that can support multiple projects.

• Creating, improving and maintaining Test Automation solutions based on project needs.

• Preparing detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.

• Estimating, prioritizing and completing testing activities to ensure timely deliveries.

• Finding, documenting and tracking defects until they are resolved.

Job requirements/ skills:

• 5 to 7 Years of Experience with good programming skills in at least one of these languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.

• Strong experience with UI Test Automation (Playwright or similar).

• Experience setting up and maintaining automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.

• Experience with API testing tools is a plus.

• Ability to turn software requirements, user stories and business processes into clear test scenarios.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Good problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.

• Proactive attitude and interest in continuous improvement.
