We are looking for a Test Automation Architect

As a Test Automation Architect, you will play a key role in defining enterprise-level test strategies, shaping automation architecture, and driving quality engineering practices across global development teams. You will be responsible for establishing scalable and reusable automation frameworks, driving shift-left testing practices, and enabling continuous quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You'll make an impact by:

• Defining and evolving enterprise-wide test strategies and test architectures, ensuring scalable, reusable, and risk-based testing approaches aligned with business and quality objectives.
• Driving shift-left testing practices by embedding testability requirements, quality criteria, and traceability mechanisms during requirements and design phases.
• Architecting and governing CI/Continuous Integration testing infrastructure, integrating automated testing seamlessly into development and build pipelines.
• Designing optimized automation frameworks aligned with business requirements, application architecture, and delivery priorities.
• Leading automation initiatives across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing layers, maximizing automation coverage and efficiency.
• Building new automation frameworks from scratch while continuously enhancing existing frameworks for reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Establishing quality metrics, coverage objectives, and risk-based testing approaches while continuously improving testing effectiveness and sustainability.
• Serving as a trusted technical advisor and mentor for engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders by providing technical guidance and driving alignment across global teams.
• Advising business and technical partners on automation scope, tools, implementation strategies, and delivery timelines.
• Developing, validating, and troubleshooting automated test scripts across functional and non-functional testing scenarios.
• Analyzing application traces, logs, and multiple technology layers to identify defects, investigate root causes, and improve automation effectiveness.
• Communicating testing strategies, quality status, risks, and outcomes clearly to global stakeholders and leadership teams.

You'll win us over by:

• Holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification (B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech., M.Sc. or comparable).
• Bringing 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, and Test Architecture.
• Demonstrating expertise in defining test strategies, test architecture, coverage models, quality gates, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Possessing strong experience in automation framework design and development using modern automation principles and reusable design patterns.
• Having hands-on expertise with:

  • NUnit
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Jenkins
  • Git
  • CI/CD Pipelines
  • Test Scripting & Validation
• Demonstrating strong experience in Windows application development environments and modern AI/GHCP-based testing approaches.
• Applying solid software engineering practices including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), clean coding principles, maintainable automation code, and reusable design patterns.
• Possessing deep expertise in Pipeline as Code, Test as Code, and Environment as Code concepts to support reproducible, version-controlled, and auditable quality processes.
• Demonstrating experience with traceability management, test evidence collection, configuration management, and governance of automation assets.
• Understanding application architecture across user interface, service, API, and database layers to design comprehensive automation coverage.
• Evaluating and recommending testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks to support evolving business and technology requirements.
• Working effectively in Agile environments with globally distributed engineering and business teams.
• Having strong stakeholder management, mentoring, collaboration, and communication skills.
