TEM/FIB Development Technical Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Tool/Workflow Development & Implementation: Design, plan, and oversee the development and setup of innovative tool solutions tailored to client needs.
2. Training & Global Deployment: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and oversee the deployment of solutions to overseas fabs, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Team Leadership: Transition into a Lab Leader role, managing workflows, resource allocation, and fostering collaboration within the lab.
4. Strategic Planning: Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize lab operations and drive technical advancements.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful tool implementation and maintenance.
Job Qualifications
Education: Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record working in leading companies within the semiconductor, microscopy, or related technology industries, with specialized expertise in either software or hardware development.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in laboratory and IT automation integration, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing innovative tool solutions.
- Ability to create and deliver effective training programs for teams, while managing the deployment of solutions to overseas fabs to ensure global alignment.
- Advanced skills in tool design, development, and integration of solutions that drive operational success.
- Strong organizational and management capabilities to lead workflows, resource allocation, and large-scale lab operations.
Overseas Assignment: This position requires a willingness to relocate to the US for overseas assignments, as dictated by business needs.

Physical Requirements: The essential functions of this position require the ability to perform basic physical activities associated with working in a clean room or advanced manufacturing environment, including but not limited to:
- Walking and standing for extended periods of time
- Handling, positioning or operating cleanroom tools or components and materials.
- Wearing required cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment.
- On-the-job training will be provided to ensure familiarity with company-specific processes, systems, and quality standards.
