Technician Sustaining

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our FT Operations team. This position is responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth production operations on a shift basis. The ideal candidate has completed MAL training under the BKK offload project and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities to support FT Operations on a shift basis.
• Ensure equipment availability, stability, and operational efficiency to meet production targets.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment optimization initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures in daily activities.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Experienced Technician with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Successfully completed training in MAL under the BKK offload project.
• Able to work in shifts and support production requirements.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
