Description and Requirements

I. Occupational Safety & Health (70%)

OSH Committee, Auditing & Compliance (40%)

  • Coordinate OSH Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Support internal and external safety audits and maintain audit records.
  • Track incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain OSH reports, records, and Labour Department submissions.
  • Act as a key contact for safety-related documentation and audit requests.
  • Work closely with Project Safety Officers to support consistent safety practices across the organization.

General Workplace OSH Support (30%)

  • Assist with office safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate safety training, inductions, and awareness programs.
  • Maintain incident, accident, and near-miss records.
  • Support workplace emergency preparedness and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure safety documentation is up to date and compliant with Hong Kong OSH requirements.

II. Team Administration & Operations (30%)

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars for senior executives, and team logistics.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense claims, and procurement requests.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain team records, trackers, and shared resources.
  • Support internal events and general administrative activities.
