Your role:
As a Technical Support Professional (Fire & Security), you will be part of the Software Delivery Support organization within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings business, contributing to customer success through the delivery of responsive, high-quality technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO Fire systems. Your day-to-day activities will include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers in the effective use of Siemens Fire solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous product improvement.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Providing technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO systems and Fire Manager cloud applications, responding to customer inquiries and support requests.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, application, and configuration issues related to Siemens Fire solutions.
- Escalating complex technical problems to R&D teams and coordinating resolution activities.
- Delivering clear and effective support through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Supporting customers in the effective use and maintenance of Cerberus PRO and Sinteso products.
- Following up on support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with product management, engineering, and operations teams to improve services and customer outcomes.
- Sharing customer feedback and technical insights to contribute to product enhancements.
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, user guides, and other support documentation.
- Continuously developing expertise on Siemens Fire solutions, support tools, and processes through ongoing training.
What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Technical Diploma.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support within Fire & Security Systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and BACnet protocol.
- Strong communication, customer focused mindset and problem solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of Siemens Fire systems installation and maintenance.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €44000–€66000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
