- Promote disciplined Agile and software lifecycle practices while adapting the delivery model to project complexity, risk, and organizational needs.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience leading complex technical or software development projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, development, integration, testing, release, and sustaining activities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage integrated plans, schedules, dependencies, risk registers, delivery metrics, and executive-level status reporting.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methods and the judgment to tailor processes to the needs of the team and project.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand architecture, interfaces, constraints, quality concerns, and trade-offs sufficiently to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
- Experience using project and engineering management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or comparable project management certification.
- Prior experience in software engineering, systems engineering, quality assurance, architecture, DevOps, or another technical delivery role.
- Experience coordinating enterprise software, infrastructure management, cloud, datacenter, or server-management solutions.
