Are you ready to shape the future of energy? Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Technical Project Manager to act as the technical heartbeat of our medium- and high-voltage electrification projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and client-facing solutions, serving as both a Technical Lead and a Solution Architect.

Your Impact:

Technical Authority: Lead the design and architecture of Protection & Control (P&A) solutions, ensuring technical excellence from initial engineering through to final commissioning.
Client Partner: Act as the primary technical interface, translating complex specifications into winning proposals and guiding clients through technical discussions.
Project Lifecycle Lead: Manage 3–5 concurrent projects, overseeing hardware selection, CAD coordination, and subcontractor performance.
Hands-on Innovation: Drive the programming of SCADA , substation protection devices and automation systems through modern communication systems, and lead Factory (FAT) and Site (SAT) Acceptance Tests.

What You Bring:

Technical Foundation: A degree in Energy, Electricity, or Electromechanics, paired with 3–5 years of experience in MV/HV Protection & Control systems.
Core Expertise: Proficiency with protection relays (e.g., DIGSI), substation automation, and industrial Ethernet.
Communication: A strong technical communicator who can explain and persuade.
Languages: Fluency in Dutch is essential, with functional French and English for technical documentation.

We’d be even more excited if you have:

Industry Context: A background in Utility environments (DSO/TSO) or large-scale energy infrastructure.
Advanced Protocols: Deep knowledge of IEC 61850 environments and communication protocols.
The Digital Edge: Experience with Cybersecurity for energy systems, firewalls, and telecommunication systems (RTU).
Design Tools: Familiarity with reviewing and coordinating engineering drawings and technical documentation.
