Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager with ASIC design and development experience. This Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional and multi-site teams on delivering ASICs to enable Meta's Infrastructure Engineering organization, whose responsibilities include the growth, management and 24x7 upkeep of Meta's family of apps. and will report to the TPM Director.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas in Silicon Engineering Drive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, internal software and hardware teams, from concept to production Deliver ASIC solutions and high quality system products Engage with Product Management in collaboration with Engineering owners to define product roadmaps Provide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development from concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, qualification and production release phases Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions Work with the software, hardware, architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraints Drive assigned workstreams end-to-end, proactively identifying and resolving blockers

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering, or relevant field 12+ years of experience in ASIC development 5+ years of Program or Product management with proven technical leadership in similar fields Experience in managing ASIC design flow (architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, Synthesis, functional verification, physical layout etc) Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA and post-silicon validation Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage from technical details to big picture Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills Familiar with semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Familiar with Machine Learning training or inference silicon and systems Experience in RTL design with VHDL, Verilog and/or SystemVerilog Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Software knowledge with compilers Experience working with ODMs and vendors Work experience in semiconductor start-ups Experience with data center architecture and deployment Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Compensation: $199,000/year to $272,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
