Technical Program Manager, AI Products, ISM Product Operations

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, collaborate with relevant teams to develop tools and scripts that streamline processes and improve efficiency. Design, develop and run systems that automate Alphabet’s supply chain.
- Translate complex technical and engineering issues into clear, concise summaries that are easily understood by management and cross-functional teams. Facilitate communication between different teams and ensure tight coordination.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Provide comprehensive program management support, including ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting mechanisms. Ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AI/ML concepts. Use AI to automate end-to-end processes, streamline coordination, and accelerate the execution of your programs.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in technical program management.
- Experience in AngularJS, application development, and generative AI agents.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with JavaScript, Angular, Python, Cloud APIs.
- Experience with integrating AI models and services (e.g., Vertex AI) to create intelligent applications, building cloud services using cloud frameworks like Google Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems, drive results, and automate processes for efficiency gains.
