Position Overview
As the strategic bridge connecting Siemens' simulation customers, regional teams, and product leadership across all business lines, this role translates customer priorities into actionable insights, and drive alignment between customer needs and portfolio strategy. Reporting to an executive leader, the position plays a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with key customers while supporting balanced business growth across the simulation organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of Solution Domain Advisory Councils and Customer Advisory Councils while expanding these programs across APAC. Develop market-specific approaches for key regions including Japan, Korea, China, India, and Southeast Asia, recognizing that each market requires unique collaboration models, engagement approaches, and follow-up practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, regional account teams, and senior leaders across industries and business lines. Engage with customer decision-makers and Siemens leadership to identify emerging business and technical priorities, increase visibility into customer needs, and support successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Coordinate the deployment of go-to-market materials across regions, ensuring consistent messaging and aligned execution. Partner with regional, sales, presales, product management, and business line teams to establish clear ownership, drive progress through structured feedback loops, and strengthen market adoption and impact.
Maintain a structured operating cadence for customer requirements, actions, owners, and decisions. Prepare clear summaries, engagement briefs, and decision-support materials that improve alignment and follow-through. Help shape customer and account strategies by incorporating innovative digital solutions.
Required
- Experience helping shape customer and account strategies through the application of emerging digital technologies.
- Deep experience applying computational simulation solutions in an industrial environment (CFD, Mechanical, Systems, or related domains).
- Experience in sales, technical sales, business development, or customer-facing strategy roles focused on simulation solutions.
- Strong program coordination skills, including cross-functional alignment, action management, and governance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, demonstrated through engagement with senior customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into clear business and portfolio priorities.
Preferred
- MBA, relevant business qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience growing customer advisory programs into new geographic regions
- Familiarity with emerging simulation domains including HPC, Data Science, and AI

Our Benefits & Rewards
The primary locations for this opportunity are: France, Belgium, Spain and Italy. The salary ranges for these locations are:
France: €77.600 to €139.700
Belgium: €100.800 to €181.400
Spain: €80.200 to €136.300
Italy: €73.900 to €125.800
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
