Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with field solution engineers and internal development teams to address customer challenges using deep technical expertise and product knowledge
- Plan and execute application support for new SiPh solutions and enhancements to existing offerings
- Develop and deliver technical training to field engineers and sales teams
- Act as a bridge between customers and R&D by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of the solution portfolio
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the test & measurement, semiconductor, or electronics industry
- Hands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques and tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher)
- Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectively
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success
- Global experience or exposure to international customers is a strong plus
- Experiences with optical measurement, such as Tunable laser source, Polarization Synthesizer, Power meter, Optical switch are desirable.
