Technical Lead Manager, Vertex Inference on Hybrid Cloud

This team brings Google's machine learning investments, along with Cloud and open-source software (OSS) technologies, to provide the ML infrastructure, tools, and services that power Google Cloud customers. Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management, performance management, mentoring, and career growth for a team across L3, L4, and L5 levels.
• Guide technical direction, operational efficiency, and high-quality delivery for Hybrid Cloud and Gemini inference serving stacks.
• Partner closely with the overall Organization Lead in Sunnyvale, Poland Site Leads, and US Tech Leads to align product roadmaps and technical architecture.
• Foster a supportive and high-performing engineering culture at the Warsaw site.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience building and developing infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 2 years of experience in managing and leading teams as Technical lead manager.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks, large language models (LLMs), or developing AI/ML applications.
• Experience building and working with API-driven platforms and developer-facing tools.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) and cloud-native development.
• Understanding of on-premise, hybrid cloud, or air-gapped environments.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, frameworks (e.g., LangChain), or building multi-agent systems.
