We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.

At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, we create technology with purpose. We are enabling the energy transition through intelligent power distribution, digitalization, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. As part of our Totally Integrated Power (TIP) organization, you will help shape future-ready electrical infrastructure across industries, utilities, buildings, and data centers.

You'll make a difference by:

Building relationships. Develop trusted partnerships with engineering consultants, electrical planners, design institutes and specification authorities, acting as their primary technical advisor throughout project development.

Influencing projects at the design stage. Work with regional sales and vertical market teams to shape electrical concepts, specifications and design standards early in the project lifecycle.

Delivering power system consulting. Develop Medium Voltage and Low Voltage power distribution concepts, perform network calculations and system dimensioning, and evaluate technically and commercially suitable alternatives.

Developing specifications and designs. Prepare technical documentation, project specifications, Bills of Quantities, switchgear layout concepts and arrangement drawings, while supporting design reviews and Building Information Modeling workflows.

Advancing digital and sustainable solutions. Promote connected power distribution, digital energy management and energy-efficient infrastructure, including first-level support for Siemens engineering software and digital design tools.

Generating market insight and knowledge sharing. Identify projects, monitor market and competitor developments, provide actionable feedback, and deliver technical presentations, seminars and workshops for customers and internal teams.

Your defining qualities:

Relevant engineering qualification. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related discipline.

Power distribution experience. Three to five years of experience in electrical power distribution, consulting, design, application or project engineering, with practical exposure to Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems.

Strong technical capability. Sound knowledge of electrical network design, protection coordination, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, busbar systems and energy management solutions.

Industry and digital exposure. Experience with consultants, engineering contractors, panel builders, utilities, data centers, commercial buildings or industrial projects is advantageous; familiarity with Building Information Modeling and digital engineering workflows is desirable.

Consultative communication skills. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decision makers and connect customer needs with commercially viable solutions.

Language and working style. Fluent written and spoken Thai and English, with a proactive, collaborative, customer-focused and self-driven approach.

In return, we offer you:

• Flexible mobile working policy that allows for time off for you to recharge and spend more time with your loved ones.

• Attractive compensation and benefits.
