Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing the overall direction of the team.
- Provide technical guidance on high priority workstreams, working on a wide range of features related to Mobile Ads iOS SDKs (native Swift and Objective-C) as well as crossplatform JavaScript and backend serving stack.
- Focus on delivering end-to-end solutions of innovative ad formats as well as rendering and user experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with iOS application development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
