Responsibilities

  • Being a strong foundation that motivates, supports and develops team members.
  • Ensuring the necessary resources for the team to mitigate operational risks.
  • Giving highly precise Problem Description and Audit Scores with full compliance to technical specification and Global Audit Standard.
  • Knowing & living & spreading Audit Standards to ensure the highest quality across all shops within organization.
  • Driving improvements of the main Key Performance Indicators for the Quality team and spearhead initiatives to achieve established goals.
  • Identifying operation process variance on Daily Audits (including timing, scoring and documentation of findings addressing corrective actions.
  • Training and supervising other auditors and perform audit “levelling”
  • Acting as product audit contact in shift operations and give first level judgements on new quality problems leading to decisions on rework & production numbers
  • Initiating daily PS activities, giving guidance to problem solving team with real impact on KPIs.
  • Lead projects, programs and special tasks to actively spread and fulfill CXQ mission.

Requirements

  • Being a living inspiration for the Team, leading by example.
  • Great human resources management skills
  • Wide-ranging understanding of appropriate vehicle quality in all relevant areas of the vehicles (static + dynamic attributes).
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Ziplabs and coding (SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Core Quality Tools and is able to apply in daily business (Control Plan, FMEA, 8D).
  • Can collect, analyze and evaluate data of high complexity using multiple execution tools (dashboards, etc.)
  • Able to perform tasks and actions autonomously which are directly impacting the team and area of responsibility.
  • Great network building across the Tesla plant. Good communication skills in both English and German.
  • Full understanding of KPI´s in area of responsibility.
  • Valid EU driver’s license is mandatory.
