Talent Intelligence Lead, EU Operations Leadership Development
The EU Operations Leadership Development (LDEV) team builds mastery-level leadership skills, cohort-based growth programs, and career navigation for 17K+ tenured leaders across EU Operations. The impact of this work depends on how well it connects to what the business actually needs from its leaders.
We are seeking a Talent Intelligence Lead to own the strategic interface between LDEV and its two critical ecosystem partners: Talent Management (TM) and PXT. The core job is to understand the people priorities each business line is pursuing, build the trust and mechanisms that make TM and PXT active investors in what LDEV builds, and ensure LDEV is building against what the business needs.
This is a strategic role that requires both the ability to build trusted partnerships across organizational boundaries and the analytical instinct to interpret business and talent signals and translate them into a clear development agenda.
This position can be located in Luxembourg, London, or Barcelona.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain working relationships with TM and PXT partners across business lines and regions
- Understand each business line's people priorities: e.g., capability gaps, population movement, succession needs
- Design the data-sharing model between LDEV and TM/PXT (what we share, what we receive back)
- Partner with PXT on GDPR and works council considerations for signal-based personalization
- Surface what TM and PXT are seeing and feed it into LDEV's planning rhythm (OP1/OP2, Talent Review, goal setting) so the roadmap stays current
- Identify misalignment between business needs and LDEV's offer, and surface gaps proactively
- Connect site-level PXT signals (organizational health, engagement, ER patterns) to LDEV's site leadership support strategy
- Write strategic narratives and present to Directors and VPs to secure alignment on the shared development agenda
- Spot opportunities where LDEV and a partner team could deliver something neither could alone, and build the case for it
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, learning and development, group facilitation, training and training design, or equivalent business experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions
- Experience building a function, program, or operating model from scratch
