- Own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions as the first Talent Acquisition hire in the region.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to move quickly, solve hiring challenges, and deliver against ambitious growth goals.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent.
- Drive a fast, high-quality hiring process while raising the bar for candidate experience.
- Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action.
- Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excitement about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
- Fluent in local language.
