Your mission will be…  

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, covering both external hiring and a high volume of internal recruitment and mobility projects

• Act as a trusted Talent Partner to hiring managers and stakeholders

• Support internal mobility initiatives, working closely with P&O and business leaders

• Proactively source and engage talent

• Actively contribute to Employer Branding, Talent Attraction and University Events

• Support and continuously improve the Onboarding Experience

• Analyse and monitor recruitment and talent KPIs, including hiring trends, time‑to‑hire, quality of hire and exit trends in Portugal

• Conduct and analyse exit interviews, translating insights into actionable recommendations

• Work with digital and AI‑enabled solutions, including AI‑supported interview scheduling

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition and P&O

We are looking for someone with…

• 4+ years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in a multinational and fast‑paced environment

• Strong experience in recruitment, internal hiring and mobility projects

• Strong interest and capability in data, analytics and KPI analysis

• Fluent English (advanced level) – essential for daily interaction with international hiring managers

• Good command of Portuguese

• A critical and creative mindset, with the ability to challenge, improve and innovate

• High level of adaptability and resilience in transformation and change contexts

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach
