Talent Acquisition Partner - External
We're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global recruitment team, based out of our Budapest office. In this role, you'll take ownership of external hiring across business groups and corporate functions - sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates who match both the skills and the ambition our teams need to thrive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related professional field, ideally with exposure to both technical and business roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to establish, maintain, and develop relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong written and spoken English skills; German language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing actively for candidates, job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing to managing offers
- Gain valuable experience in searching & attracting candidates for a whole range of roles: from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain etc., together with the opportunity to make an impact on key ramp-ups for the business
- Be empowered to build partnerships with Nokia’s hiring managers and provide them with value-add hiring activities that meet Nokia’s business goals
- Enjoy and wish to grow in areas such as delivering expertise on the labor market, exploring innovative ways of finding and attracting candidates, constantly learning about the ever-changing world of technical skills, coaching hiring managers on interviewing and delivering prompt feedback to provide a great candidate experience
