You will be part of the Systems and Data team in the EMEA Distribution department for Finished Vehicle, Service, Energy and E-commerce. It is an important team in Tesla's Supply chain as we are responsible for End-to-End Systems for all EMEA Distribution operations. As a Systems Specialist, you will own day-to-day system issues for the Tilburg Complex and Giengen warehouses. You will troubleshoot and clarify issues, collaborate with support to prioritize work, and detect anomalies before they impact operations. By taking first-line ownership of warehouse system issues, you will free up Process Engineers and Systems Engineers to focus on structural improvements, while delivering a faster and clearer service to the warehouse. The position sits at the intersection between warehouse operations and systems. Therefore, we are looking for someone motivated with strong technical problem-solving skills and clear communication. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, drive, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

System Issue Management

Act as the day-to-day systems point of contact for warehouse operations, providing a better and faster service to the warehouse
Troubleshoot and clarify system issues raised by the Tesla warehousing team, ensuring issues are well-defined before escalation
Collaborate with support teams on prioritization so the highest-impact warehouse issues are handled first
Detect anomalies in warehouse system behavior and transactions, and flag risks early to operations and engineering

Operations Support & Continuous Improvement

Take first-line ownership of warehouse system
Document recurring issues, root causes, and workarounds; escalate structural gaps to Systems Engineers and Process Engineers
Improve issue intake and triage with warehouse stakeholders so requests are clear, prioritized, and actionable
Partner with Process Engineers, Systems Engineers, and support to reduce repeat failures and improve warehouse system reliability

Requirements

Proactive attitude and a “can-do” mentality.
Not afraid to speak up and reach out and find the answers for yourself where needed.
2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse systems, supply chain operations, systems support, or a related field
Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort clarifying ambiguous operational/system issues
Experience in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
Experience in warehouse or distribution operations (WMS / inventory / outbound preferred)
Basic knowledge of system architecture, integrations, or APIs is a plus
Effective communication skills to translate warehouse issues for support, Process Engineers, and Systems Engineers
Excellent command of the English language
