Building Management (Technical Services) an der Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg sucht eine/n System Owner für Sanitäranlagen.
Du bist Anlagenverantwortliche/r. Du trägst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Sanitary Systems: Sanitärräume und -objekte, Gebäudeentwässerung, Hebeanlagen, Vakuum-Abwasser (EVAC) sowie Zapfstellen und dezentrale Warmwassererzeuger im SHK-Scope.

Building Management (Technical Services) at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg is hiring a System Owner for sanitary systems.
You are the asset owner. You hold end-to-end technical accountability for Sanitary Systems: sanitary rooms and fixtures, building drainage, lifting stations, vacuum sewage (EVAC), plus outlets and decentralized DHW within SHK scope.
Responsibilities
- Lebenszyklus-Verantwortung: Verfügbarkeit, Hygiene, Sicherheit, Compliance und Kosten
- Instandhaltungsstrategie (PM/CM) steuern, Wiederholungsstörungen reduzieren, Fremdfirmen führen
- Prüffristen und Betreiberpflichten absichern (u. a. TrinkwV, DIN 1986 / EN 12056, BetrSichV) – Dokumentation auditbereit
- Brownfield-Upgrades und Übergaben aus Construction in den Betrieb
- Own the lifecycle: availability, hygiene, safety, compliance and cost
- Drive PM/CM strategy, cut repeat failures, manage vendors
- Secure inspection deadlines and operator duties (incl. TrinkwV, DIN 1986 / EN 12056, BetrSichV) – keep records audit-ready
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master, Techniker, Meister SHK, Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbare Praxis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb/Instandhaltung von Sanitär-, Trinkwasser- oder Abwassersystemen
- Ownership-Mindset, hands-on, fristen- und dokumentationsstark
