Du bist Anlagenverantwortliche/r. Du trägst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Doors & Gates: kraftbetätigte Türen und Tore, Brandschutz- und Rauchschutztüren, Automatiktüren sowie Verladetore und Docktechnik.

Doors & Gates (Technical Services) at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg is hiring a System Owner for doors and gates.
You are the asset owner. You hold end-to-end technical accountability for Doors & Gates: power-operated doors and gates, fire and smoke doors, automatic doors, plus loading docks and dock equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lebenszyklus-Verantwortung: Sicherheit, Brandschutzfunktion, Verfügbarkeit, Compliance und Kosten
- Instandhaltungsstrategie (PM/CM) steuern, Wiederholungsstörungen reduzieren, Vendors führen
- Prüffristen und Betreiberpflichten absichern (u. a. ASR A1.7, BetrSichV, EN 13241 / 16005 / 16034) Dokumentation auditbereit
- Own the lifecycle: safety, fire-door function, availability, compliance and cost
- Drive PM/CM strategy, cut repeat failures, manage vendors
- Secure inspection deadlines and operator duties (incl. ASR A1.7, BetrSichV, EN 13241 / 16005 / 16034) – keep records audit-ready
- Run brownfield upgrades and take over systems from Construction into operations
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master, Techniker, Meister, Mechatroniker, Metallbauer Tore oder vergleichbare Praxis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb/Instandhaltung von Tür- und Toranlagen; Brandschutz- oder Verladetechnik von Vorteil
- Ownership-Mindset, hands-on, fristen- und dokumentationsstark
- Von Kandidaten wird erwartet, dass sie Nachhaltigkeitsprinzipien in ihrer täglichen Arbeit aufrechterhalten und aktiv fördern, dabei im Einklang mit der globalen Tesla-Richtlinie für Umwelt, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Schutz (EHS&S) sowie den EMAS-Anforderungen handeln und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Umweltverbesserung fördern
EN:
- Bachelor/Master, Technician, Meister, mechatronics, industrial door fitter or equivalent practice
- Several years operating/maintaining doors and gates; fire-door or dock experience is a plus
- Ownership mindset, hands-on, strong on deadlines and documentation
- Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement
