Summary

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both from the office and remotely each week.

This role will partner closely with the Global Product Services and Sustainability Portfolio Leader and report to the Solutions and Services Group Finance organization. The position operates in a highly cross-functional, global environment and is ideal for a finance leader with strong analytical capability, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence business decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the finance lead for the Sustainability & Global Product Services Portfolios, providing strategic financial guidance on business modeling, investment priorities, and overall financial performance
  • Lead the annual budget planning process, partnering with cross-functional teams to align its strategy, financial objectives and execution priorities
  • Own and coordinate the global monthly forecasting process for the practice, ensuring accuracy, transparency and alignment with the geographies
  • Support the offering development process by reviewing and approving business cases and investment proposals, co-developing financial models and scenarios, and ensuring alignment with GAAP and applicable local tax requirements
  • Review pricing delegations and take adequate actions on overall deal management
  • Partner with the Sustainability & Global Product Services Portfolio leader to define, track, and drive key operational KPIs that support business performance and strategic execution

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Finance and product portfolio experience with global exposure and full profit-and-loss ownership or support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed to support global stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and software packages
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with polished presentation capability and confidence engaging senior leadership audiences
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to operate proactively, independently, and with a high degree of ownership
