• Develop and apply AI/ML solutions to support supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, backlog intelligence, and revenue management.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies for business applications.
• Design intelligent automation solutions to streamline manual processes and improve productivity.
• Analyse business data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using enterprise BI platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs, data models, and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Evaluate new AI tools and technologies through proof-of-concepts and innovation projects.
• Collaborate with business users, planners, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI, analytics, and BI solutions.
• Support adoption of AI-driven and data-driven decision-making across planning, operations, and business functions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML concepts, Generative AI technologies, and data analytics methodologies.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools
• Understanding of data modelling, KPI development, reporting frameworks, and dashboard design principles.
• Knowledge of databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience or interest in supply chain, operations, digitalisation, business intelligence, automation, or AI-related projects is preferred.
