Supply Chain Project Manager
As Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) leads end-to-end supply chain activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and EMS/JDM/ODM partners to ensure successful product launches, engineering change implementation, capacity readiness, supplier performance, and smooth transition from prototype to mass production. The SCPM plays a key role in delivering next-generation Fixed Networks products, including ONTs, Home Gateways, and broadband access solutions, with a resilient, efficient, and scalable supply chain.
Qualifications
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experienced in working in New Product Introduction (NPI) is strongly preferred.
- Background in electronics manufacturing environment or experience of EMS/ODM/JDM is strongly desired.
- Experienced ONT product management, ONT design and test or supply chain management is a PLUS.

- Team Player – Works effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time, mainly across Asia. (Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities from product concept to mass production, including EMS/JDM/ODM supplier management and production ramp-up.
- NPI Management – Coordinate prototype, pilot runs, material readiness, AML, POs, production execution, and pilot approval.
- Production Ramp-Up – Support new product ramp-up and handover to Supply Chain Industrial Management for mass production.
- Engineering Change Management – Coordinate product design changes with R&D, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Business Unit Collaboration – Support product roadmap, lifecycle planning, pilot quantity allocation, PLC reviews, and EOL/LTB management.
- Supply Chain Collaboration – Work with Demand & Planning, Industrial Management, Quality, and other teams to support key projects.
- Capacity & Readiness Management – Ensure supplier capacity, production readiness, and resources are aligned with product requirements.
- Issue & Delivery Management – Drive resolution of production issues, urgent delivery requirements, customer complaints, and product defects.
