Supply Chain Program Manager, Google Distributed Cloud

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and optimization of supply chain operations for Google Distributed Cloud (GDC). Manage relationships with global System Integrators (SIs) and hardware vendors to ensure timely delivery at scale and quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and remain on schedule, resolving any issues or bottlenecks. Work with stakeholders to define and implement secure supply chain and logistics protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog of fulfillment requests, ensuring timely delivery of GDC solutions while meeting customer commitments and internal KPIs.
- Assess site readiness, accept hardware shipments, and orchestrate the deployment of hardware and software components to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Design, implement AI agents and automated workflows to transition manual supply chain operations into industrialized, system-driven processes at scale.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, program management, or manufacturing in the technology industry (servers, storage, and networking equipment) and rack system integration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain logistics, compliance, and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to apply AI acumen within a business operations framework on the program manager ladder to drive organizational efficiency.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and with external partners.
