Family Description
Supply (SU) covers the configuration, demand, and supply planning, order management, sourcing, production, delivery, and managing the procurement activities towards our suppliers.
Subfamily Description
Supply Operations (SOP) comprises the Contract MFG production set up planning and execution of procurement, delivery execution, and invoicing for the customer teams in the markets. Furthermore, SOP contains the management of local distribution and local material availability, and the contribution of pre-sales by providing optimised supply chain solution design and cost baseline.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with program management
- Detail orientated
- Team oriented with ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tools used: PPT, Excel, Word, Agile, SAP, Sharepoint, OneNote, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence
Impact
Impact is short-term through individual and team contributions. Scope is primarily within own subject area in a function/unit. Actions and errors impact on program, project or function. Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organisation's business strategies, with some impact on business unit/ function overall results.

Knowledge & Experience
Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice or expertise. Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 10 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
Responsibilities
Guide production through manufacturing ramp from pre-pilot to CP + 1 year
Problem-solve issues between CM, Supply Chain, and multiple Infinera design sites
Close the loop on MFG supply inputs (PIC, Asic, Material, Material)
Collaborate on Nokia/ CM resource planning (IL & DL)
Collaborate on Nokia / CM capital planning to ensure capacity
Early Manufacturing Dashboards
- Program level starts and outs (vs plan)
- WIP & Yield
- Scrap & Scrap projections
- Cost and cost reductions
• Manages operations topics and quality / continuous improvement, delivers competitive performance to enable growth and optimize profitability in own area of responsibility.
• Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.
• Acts as a professional leader for staff / workteam / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organizational unit and / or is recognized as an expert within the same professional area in the business.
• Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
