Overview:
Supply Chain Planner supports supply and demand planning for the Juarez Campus, balancing manufacturing requirements, customer service, inventory levels, and delivery costs. This role drives weekly supply and demand planning, analyzes production and inventory information, and provides recommendations to manufacturing partners.

What You Will Do:

• Drive the weekly supply and demand planning process and related analysis.
• Develop demand, production, and inventory reports and communicate status in appropriate meetings.
• Analyze supply and demand gaps and imbalances and develop recommendations.
• Maintain inventory targets based on forecast error and monitor system feeds to help prevent inaccurate planning scenarios.
• Analyze information, recommend actions to manufacturing, and maintain current sales forecast, manufacturing, planning, and new product introduction information.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical discipline, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Ability to travel, Visa Laser availability, and ability to work from a remote location as required.
