Overview:
The Supply Chain Planner coordinates and balances manufacturing requirements to support customer service while optimizing inventory levels and delivery costs. Based at the Juárez Campus within the Supply Chain organization, this role drives supply and demand planning, analyzes operational gaps, and provides recommendations that support manufacturing decisions.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive the weekly supply and demand planning process and related analysis.
  • Develop and present demand, production, and inventory reports while identifying gaps and recommending actions.
  • Monitor inventory performance against company targets and validate system inputs to support accurate planning scenarios.
  • Analyze supply and demand information and provide recommendations to manufacturing while staying current on sales forecasts, planning, and new product introductions.
  • Follow applicable company procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Knowledge of supply chain administration, materials management, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
  • Advanced English proficiency and effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing tools and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to travel and work from a remote location as required.
