Ring is seeking an Supply Chain Manager to join the Supply Chain Management team. You will assume a key role in managing ODMs as well as a hybrid work end-to-end supply chain team. This team manages end-to-end supply chain planning, including supply, demand, and inventory management. The team also manages planning for all hardware and accessory components of Ring throughout the entire supply chain.

The successful candidate has excellent judgment and decision-making instincts, and proactively and continually improves their level of knowledge about the business and relevant technologies. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity that provides Product Sustainability support for the Supply Chain team in APAC.

The Role Responsibilities include:
  • Material readiness and availability for sustain project builds.
  • Work with the assigned functional leaders to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting plans in place to mitigate those risks, as well as providing regular reports/updates on program status. This includes identification and mitigation of long-term supply chain risks presented by new designs.
  • Escalate supply constraints to secure a long term solution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop a solid and manageable buy ahead plan.
  • Develop a risk buy plan to ensure on-time delivery and eliminate excess and obsolete impact.
  • Perform regular supply and demand analysis for critical materials with 2nd tiers.
  • Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes.
  • Timely E&O review and validation with ODMs to identify and mitigate exposure.
Key job responsibilities
  • Material readiness and availability for mass production builds through supply-demand (SD) monitor and daily clear-to-build tracking (CTB) for accessory programs.
  • Escalate supply constraints and involving GSM/GCM/MPM/FOPM/SP/TPM to find effective solution to avoid ODMs line down.
  • Be able to foresee potential risks and come up with solid and manageable mitigation plan to secure long term supply visibility.
  • Responsible for timely E&O review and validation with CMs to identify and mitigate liability exposure.
  • Be able to lead and handle material allocation across programs and between Ring/Beams based on specific sales priority and production requirements when there is components shortage impact multiple programs.
  • Maintain periodic reports, and summaries clear-to-build for accessory programs on a regular weekly basis to support front end business planning in a high quality and timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
  • Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
