Your mission will be…  

• Overall support of the Supply Chain Management Indirect Material Team on daily activities:
• Support the data analysis of activities related to the purchasing function and it’s decision-making as well as data of the different purchasing commodities (through handling of dynamic tables, Excel macros, Dashboards, SAP, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Siemens’s division's buyers, in the different purchasing processes: sourcing (search for suppliers, offers and negotiations), contracting (document preparation, signature process and digital files validation), evaluation and development of suppliers.
• Collaborate in the automation of purchasing processes through Office 365 tools: Power Automate, Forms, Sharepoint, Power BI;
• Review of the qualification and segmentation status of suppliers and support in the execution of relevant tasks related to the processes;
• Support the travel management function;
• Collaboration on new projects that may arise.

We are looking for someone with…

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in an International environment;
• Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit;
• Ability to generate new ideas;
• Target oriented;
• Decision making/problem solving;
• Interest and knowledge on digitalization and new technologies especially process automation tools associated with Office 365 or others;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
• SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
