Marvell's Supply Chain organization plays a critical role in enabling Marvell to deliver innovative semiconductor solutions to customers around the world. Our teams drive demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and program execution across the global supply chain. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, we help ensure product availability, support successful product launches, mitigate operational risks, and optimize supply chain performance to meet customer and business objectives.

What You Can Expect

As an intern in our Supply Chain organization, you may:

• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, backlog, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, planning, and execution activities through data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to support business decision-making and operational visibility.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to support supply chain initiatives and business objectives.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), production ramp, and supply chain execution activities to help ensure customer and business commitments are met.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify process inefficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Leverage analytical tools, forecasting methodologies, and emerging technologies to improve planning processes and operational effectiveness.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, PivotTables, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages or analytical tools such as Python, SQL, R, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights
• Exposure to forecasting, statistical modeling, automation, machine learning, or supply chain planning concepts
• A demonstrated interest in semiconductor manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

19 - 38, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
