Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and supply chain analysts to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Drive a growth mindset by encouraging employee development, knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and adaptability to change.
  • Build organizational capability through succession planning, mentoring, and talent development.

Supply Chain Strategy & Execution

  • Lead supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment activities to support customer commitments and revenue goals.
  • Balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory to optimize business performance.
  • Drive supply chain readiness to support business growth and changing market requirements.

Process Excellence & Supply Chain Tenets

  • Champion supply chain process tenets for standardization or best practices
  • Drive compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Lead automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision quality.
  • Promote the adoption of planning tools, analytics, AI/ML capabilities, and system enhancements to streamline workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational effectiveness through technology.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or logistics within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing business priorities.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, planning systems, and supply chain best practices.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, automation, or system enhancement projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to foster a growth mindset culture that promotes innovation, learning agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business results in a dynamic environment.
