Position Overview

Join a global Supply Chain Finance organization supporting Buy/Sell Procurement operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with finance professionals, business partners, and operational teams to support financial reporting, business analysis, cash flow management, and process improvement initiatives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to build financial expertise while gaining exposure to global supply chain and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare recurring reports, analyze financial results, and investigate variances.

• Assist in accounts receivable monitoring and collection activities to support cash flow objectives.

• Collaborate with procurement teams, ODM partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to support daily business operations.

• Perform data analysis and reporting activities to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.

• Support automation and process enhancement initiatives using reporting and analytical tools.

• Assist with internal and external audit requests, documentation preparation, and compliance activities.

• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Analysis, or related functions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Professional communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or data visualization tools.

• Internship or work experience in finance, accounting, supply chain, procurement, or operations.

• Interest in process automation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
