The impact you’ll make

This position is an individual contributor that plays a vital role within the MajorModule Remote Factory with core responsibility to get the Finished Goodsdelivered as per plan. Incumbent must work very closely with Strategy CommodityManagers and Master Schedulers for Major Module products on the forecastingand planning process to ensure internal KPI, goals and projects are accomplishedand aligned with business objectives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Portfolioalso includes developing integrated project plans for business processimprovement, including implementation schedule, end user coordination and allnecessary information requirements of a project and/or Finished Goods relatedinitiatives.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goodsdelivery from end to end
• Define and monitor supplier performance indexes
• Review/approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirements
• Be the single point of contact for escalation point for delivery issues/ misses
• Lead cross-functional teams / manage task force activities in support of criticalsupplier recovery and support plans
• Work closely with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex problems toensure on time delivery of critical material to support customers and companyrequirements.
• Manage merge in transit process and execute to supply chain strategies(material, inventory, capacity, recovery and etc)
• Daily/weekly updates to Lam stakeholders on delivery status from RemoteFactories
• Monitor product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reductionefforts
• Ensure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements(product and factory transitions)
• Process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related toprocurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturingstrategies
• Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience in Supply Chain operation & planning management
• Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previousexperience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of bestpractices.
• SAP knowledge is a MUST
• Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with crossfunctional teams, sponsors, management and business partners
• Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achievebusiness needs
• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Visio andPowerPoint
• Some travel will be required (15% - 20%)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
